What We Do Fishscape Ltd is a trade only supplier which means that we do only sell at trade prices to trade customers! As a wholesaler we buy in large quantities from the leading water gardening and landscape material/equipment manufacturers entitling us to discounts which we are then able to pass on to you. We do not sell directly over the internet, opting to take orders via email or telephone; by doing so we are able to make certain that you get the right products or system for your specific requirements.

Contractors and installers We know what it takes for you to efficiently complete a project. We exist to ensure that you are able to achieve the best possible value from your projects and are in the most competitive position possible when it comes to securing your next contract. We are constantly seeking innovative new products on your behalf to ensure that projects can be completed efficiently, within budget and potential long term problems avoided. We take the fuss out of buying water feature, pond and landscape products, compiling a materials/equipment specification on your behalf, checking this with you and then delivering the subsequent order to your business or site address. If required we can even send out goods on behalf of your company, direct to your client with a delivery note on your own headed note paper. |

Garden designers, landscape architects or other design professionals We know that you may not be the one to complete the installation; you may not even be responsible for overseeing the project. But we do know that to make sure your concept can be successfully realised equipment and materials need to be correctly specified from the beginning. Fishscape can provide the appropriate advice, from the initial stages of formulating a concept to providing a complete written product or materials specification for you to use as part of your design plan*. We also understand that you may need a contractor to help realise your concept, accordingly we have incorporated a nationwide contacts section into our website providing contact details for reputable contractors that we have regularly worked with. |

Retail customers We know you are looking! It’s OK we don’t mind, you are more than welcome to take a look at our catalogue and make use of the information contained within; just please don’t ask for our trade pricelist! We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive details and information regarding our product ranges and we think that this sort of information should be available to all, even if some mail order companies don’t share our view! To make up for the fact that we can’t sell to you and to make us feel better about it we have created a nationwide contacts section for you.
